How to reach Naples
By plane
Napoli Airport
has many direct international connections
including Munchen, Paris CDG and Orly, Nice,
London Gatwick, Stansted and Heathrow, Bruxelles, Zurich,
Berlin, Cologne, Hannover, Stuttgart, Amsterdam, Barcelona and Madrid.
It is also connected with many italian airports, including
Milan Malpensa and Linate, Rome, Venice, Bergamo, Genova and Turin.
By train
Naples is only ca 2 hours from Rome by fast train.
How to move in Naples
Workshop location
The workshop will be held in Naples, in the town center,
and will be hosted by the Second University of Naples.
The preferred way to reach the workshop location is Naples
underground (Metropolitana). You can either take line 1
(exit Museo or exit Dante) or line 2 (exit Cavour).

Participation fees
After August 26, 2005:
- Students: 70,00 Euro
- Academic: 180,00 Euro (reduced fee: 162,00 Euro)
- Non-academic: 370,00 Euro (reduced fee: 333,00 Euro)
The 10% reduction is applied on fees for members of
ISCB (International
Society for Computational Biology),
BITS
(Bioinformatics Italian Society)
and other selected scientific societies that will be announced.
The same discount applies to partners of the
HRBC Genomics Network, the
Laboratory of Interdisciplinary Technologies
in Bioinformatics (LITBIO) and the
Oncology over Internet
(O2I) project.

Hotels in Naples
Hotels cannot be booked through the Secretariat of the Workshop.
